Our Coaches
At Prevail Baseball Academy, we’ve built a coaching team full of passionate, experienced leaders who know what it takes to succeed. From collegiate standouts to professionals who’ve played at the highest levels, our coaches bring a wealth of knowledge to the field. Among them are former college coaches and current MiLB players, ensuring top-tier instruction at every practice.
We carefully design each practice plan to keep things fresh, challenging, and focused on every part of the game. With us, players get more than just coaching—they get real-world insight and the tools to take their game to the next level.
Why play for Prevail
We offer a comprehensive four-month winter training program designed to prepare players for peak performance. Practices are held twice a week from December through the end of March before transitioning to on-field weekday sessions as the season begins. All winter training takes place in our 15,000 sq. ft. facility, with each two-hour practice including a 30-minute, age-appropriate strength and conditioning session to build both skill and athleticism.
Our program features a tournament-only schedule built for Major Level players. We compete in top-tier events such as Perfect Game, Ripken-Aberdeen, Diamond Nation, Frozen Ropes, and USABL, ensuring players face the best competition. For our 12U team, the season always includes a trip to Cooperstown, creating unforgettable memories during their final week of small-field play.
We also take pride in our premium uniform and apparel package. Designed with a clean, timeless look to reflect our high standards, the package includes three full uniforms (from hats to socks), team helmets, bat bags, and complete winter training apparel set. At Prevail, it’s all about attention to detail—both on and off the field.
