Listed are the rules and regulations of Prevail Baseball's Player Progression Program
White Group is for players ages 7-9 years of age. Blue Group is for players 10-12 years of age. Red Group is for players 13 years and older.
Players are only allowed to register for baseball related hourly sessions for the group they are assigned.
Each color group will have 1 hitting, 1 infield, and 1 pitching choice per day starting at 5:00 pm on weekdays and 9:00am on Saturdays. We will also offer 1 catching class per week (we combine all colors for catchers). The time of each skill will vary day to day to accommodate clients' life schedules.
The 1st and 2nd of each month we will have monthly assessments so we can track players' progression from month to month. These are free with any membership and do not need to be counted against your membership package. We will track throwing velocity, exit velocity off the tee, various strength, agility, and speed drills to create measurable our athletes can look at and build upon.
Every month, clients must submit their monthly calendar on esoft. Selections are due by the 20th of each month so we have sufficient time to cancel/reschedule classes that are not filled so we can adequately staff all sessions. Because of this, once you submit your monthly calendar changes can not be made without facility approval.
There will be a 5:1 player to instructor ratio for all baseball related activities
(Infield, Hitting, Pitching, Catching).
All monthly membership workouts are pre-programmed and will switch week to week so it will not always be the same focuses, drills for each session.
Every baseball related session will begin with a 10-minute throwing program. Every strength class will begin with a 10-minute dynamic warmup and stretch.
Players are expected to arrive on time.
Their equipment should be organized and ready in the clubhouse area of our facility.
Players are expected to be ready to stay focused throughout the session, work as hard as they can, and be coachable.
Players can only do 1 baseball and 1 strength workout per day.
Players are not allowed to trade off baseball for strength workouts or vise versa. They are to have equal baseball/strength workouts in their month.
