Listed are the rules and regulations of Prevail Baseball's Player Progression Program
White Group is for players ages 7-9 years of age. Silver Group is for players 10-12 years of age. Black Group is for players 13 years and older.
Players are only allowed to register for baseball related hourly sessions for the group they are assigned.
Each color group will have one hitting, one infield, and one pitching choice available each weekday starting at 4:00 PM, and on Saturdays starting at 9:00 AM . Strength classes will be between 5:00-8:00 weekdays to allow you to do your baseball Additionally, we will offer one catching class per week, combining all color groups. The schedule for each skill session will vary daily to accommodate our clients' busy lives.
Please note that only hitting and catching will be available on Saturdays.
On the 1st and 2nd of each month, we will conduct monthly assessments to track players' progress over time. These assessments are complimentary with any membership and will not count against your membership package.
Each month, clients are required to submit their monthly calendar on eSoft. Selections must be scheduled by Thursday for the upcoming week to ensure we can adequately staff coaches based on enrollment numbers. Once you submit your monthly calendar, changes cannot be made without facility approval.
Please note that credits do not roll over from month to month; any unused credits will expire if not scheduled within that month.
All baseball-related activities (infield, hitting, pitching, and catching) will maintain a 5:1 player-to-instructor ratio.
Monthly membership workouts are pre-programmed and will vary each week, ensuring a fresh focus and different drills for every session.
Each baseball session will begin with a dedicated throwing program, while all strength classes will start with a dynamic warm-up and stretch.
Players are expected to arrive on time and have their equipment organized and ready in the clubhouse area of our facility.
During each session, players should stay focused, give their best effort, and remain coachable. Please note that cell phones should not be out during training.
Players may participate in one baseball workout and one strength workout per day. Trading a baseball workout for a strength workout, or vice versa, is not permitted. Players should maintain a balanced schedule with an equal number of baseball and strength workouts each month.
Our options include two or five trainings per week.
The twice-a-week option is a fantastic choice for rec ball players aiming to make that jump to club ball. This program provides two training sessions each week, with each session dedicated to one hour of baseball skills and one hour of strength and conditioning, totaling 16 hours of training per month.

The five-a-week option is perfect for existing club ball players looking to advance their baseball careers. With training five times a week, each session includes one hour of baseball skills and one hour of strength and conditioning, totaling an impressive 40 hours of training per month.
